A SAMPLE OF AIRLINE ANNOUNCEMENT
Good afternoon passengers. This is the pre-boarding announcement for flight DL589 to ny. We are now inviting those passengers with small children, and any passengers requiring special assistance, to begin boarding at this time. Please have your boarding pass and identification ready. This is the final boarding call for passengers **booked on flight 589 to ny City. Please proceed to gate 5 immediately. The doors of the aircraft will be closed in approximately five minutes time. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome onboard Flight 589 with service from **to **. We are currently third in line for take-off and are expected to be in the air in approximately seven minutes time.. Please take your seat and fasten your seat belt.
Ladies and gentlemen, the Captain has turned off the Fasten Seat Belt sign, and you may now move around the cabin. However we always recommend to keep your seat belt fastened while you’re seated.
In a few moments, the flight attendants will be passing around the cabin to offer you hot or cold drinks, as well as breakfast/dinner/supper/a light meal/a snack.
